SMS Terms and Conditions

1. Stride Properties LLC
2. Stride Properties LLC provides real estate investment services, property buying solutions, and market insights. When you opt in, you can expect to receive text messages related to property opportunities, property updates, appointment scheduling and reminders, responses to property inquiries, service announcements, and relevant real estate information.
3. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (980) 298-4000. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
4. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance or contact us at strideclt@gmail.com or (980) 298-4000.
5. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive 2-4 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

General Terms of Service

8. By accessing and using Stride Properties LLC's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

10. Stride Properties LLC provides real estate consultation, property acquisition services, and investment opportunities. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.
11. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by our registration forms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
12. All fees for services will be clearly communicated before any transaction. Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements.
13. All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names displayed on our site are the property of their respective owners.
14. Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites.
15. In no event shall Stride Properties LLC, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
16. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Stride Properties LLC from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses.
17. These terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina, United States.
18. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service by posting the updated terms on our website.
